Synecta™ Modular
The Synecta™ CDNP platform is highly tunable, and BlueWhale Bio has an in-house team capable of designing CDNPs with a broad range of transmembrane signals.
Our modular cell line library enables use of any Synecta T1 components as a foundation, with the flexibility to add additional signals on the same particle or through admixing.
Modular tailored CDNP development projects typically take 6–9 months. Our team will collaborate with you to define a research plan with clear milestones, timelines, and budget.
- Transduce on Day 0
- Add any soluble or membrane-bound cytokines
- Use any serum-free or serum-containing medium
- Use with any bioreactor with no protocol adjustments
- Do not de-bead
- Maximize cell yield while avoiding overstimulation by adjusting dose
- Activate PBMC, or either negatively or positively selected T cells
- Synecta T2 preserves the benefits of Synecta T1 in terms of process simplification, improved cell yield, and improved cell properties
Data
Synecta T2 is easy to use, with high dose-dependent cell yields, and a recommended dose of 30-50 μL of Synecta T2 per 1 million cells. The product is agnostic to the use of media, cell isolation techniques, and bioreactors. We strongly recommend adding lentivirus vectors on Day 0 together with Synecta T2.
Synecta T2 is stored at -80°C long term. Once thawed the product can be refrozen once.
Synecta T2 CDNPs are provided in a crystal AT-Closed VialÒ for improved sterility. A vial adapter or syringe can be used to apply or aliquot the product.
