Synecta T2 is made for easy and robust T cell activation and expansion while providing maximal freedom to add cytokines

Composition

Costimulatory ligands and signals: OKT3 scFV, CD86

  • Transduce on Day 0
  • Add any soluble or membrane-bound cytokines
  • Use any serum-free or serum-containing medium
  • Easily adaptable protocols for use with a variety of vessels (e.g., flasks) and bioreactors (e.g., Grex®)
  • Finalize drug product formulation without a de-beading step
  • Maximize cell yield while avoiding overstimulation by adjusting dose
  • Activate PBMC, or either negatively or positively selected T cells
  • Activation indicated by CD69⁺CD25⁺ double-positive cells on Day 2 across conditions
