Synecta™ T1 CDNP
Synecta T1 is made for easy and robust T cell activation and expansion
Composition
Activation signal and co-stimulatory ligands:
OKT3 scFV, CD86, 4-1BBL
Cytokines:
IL-15RA/IL-15, IL-7
- Transduce on Day 0
- Activate without addition of soluble cytokines
- Use any serum-free or serum-containing medium
- Easily adaptable protocols for use with a variety of vessels (e.g., flasks) and bioreactors (e.g., Grex®)
- Finalize drug product formulation without a de-beading step
- Maximize cell yield while avoiding overstimulation by adjusting dose
- Activate PBMC, or either negatively or positively selected T cells
Synecta™ T1 Simplifies Manufacturing
- Improved cell yields at any time from Day-3 onward without adding soluble cytokines
- Success with hard-to-expand cells
T cell phenotypes similar to widely used activators, while promoting favorable traits such as sustained CD62L⁺ expression
Synecta T1 induces increasing percentages of CD62L+ T cells
- Equal or better Day 0™ lentiviral transduction efficiency vs. Day 1 transduction with comparators
- High cell viability
- CD4/CD8 ratios consistent with widely used activators
- Improved CAR-T proliferation in vitro and tumor control in vivo
- Less labor, material, and capital costs
Savings with Synecta T1 Accumulate to $100s of Millions Over the Product Life
Synecta T1 is easy to use, with high dose-dependent cell yields, and a recommended dose of 30 μL of Synecta T1 per 1 million cells. The product is agnostic to the media used in manufacturing, cell isolation techniques, and bioreactors. We strongly recommend adding lentivirus vectors on Day 0 together with Synecta T1.
Synecta T1 is stored at -80°C long term. Once thawed the product can be refrozen once.
Synecta T1 CDNPs are provided in a crystal AT-Closed Vial® for improved sterility. A vial adapter or syringe can be used to apply or aliquot the product.
